I.  WARRANTY POLICY

Definition of Warranty

Warranty refers to the repair or correction of defects, malfunctions, or technical issues caused by the manufacturer.

All customers purchasing any product from Ngan Anh Phat Co., Ltd. are entitled to official warranty service at the company’s office.

Warranty Conditions

A product will be accepted for warranty if it meets the following conditions:

• • • The product is still within the warranty period, calculated from the date indicated on the Warranty Seal or Warranty Card.
    • The warranty period complies with the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical issues.
    • The product must retain its original Serial Number and Warranty Seal attached.
    • Warranty will strictly follow the regulations set by each manufacturer.

Cases of Warranty Rejection

Ngan Anh Phat Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse warranty in the following cases:

• • • The origin of the product purchased from Ngan Anh Phat Co., Ltd. cannot be verified.
    • The product is out of the warranty period.
    • The Warranty Card or Seal is torn, missing, overlapped, or shows signs of alteration.
    • The product code and Serial Number do not match the information on the Warranty Card.
    • The product is damaged due to:
      • Mechanical impact (collision, breakage, dropping).
      • Improper use (overloading, incorrect voltage connection, etc.) against the manufacturer’s instructions.
      • External factors (rodents, insects, etc.).
    • The product is scratched or worn due to prolonged use.
    • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or use of improper components, or repair by individuals/technicians not employed by Ngan Anh Phat Co., Ltd.

II.  RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

A product will be accepted for return or exchange if the customer discovers one of the following issues upon receiving the goods:

• • • The product is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect.
    • The product differs from the one ordered.
    • The quantity is insufficient, or components/accessories are missing compared to the order.
